Little Garden Bar
LITTLE GARDEN RESTAURANT

Situated in a French colonial tropical garden setting beneath the mango trees.
Our menu is Khmer and Western - or should we call it Khwestern? We endeavor to give our fare a taste of authentic home-style cooking as we possibly can. But please don’t expect your Yorkshire pudding to taste like a good pud should, but tasty enough not to spoil your pleasant surroundings and appreciation of the logistics required to produce such an approximation of the real thing. The national home brands you are used to are not of the same taste as those under lenience to Asian companies. Hopefully our prime Ozzy beef and Kiwi lamb are the real thing, if not, blame the cook! Then again remember she is faultless but be warned, she also carries a big stick! You will find something to suit your western palate for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7am. Our kitchen closes at 9pm, after which time light snacks will be available. We recommend our daily experiments, check the black boards.

For Authentic Khmer fare look no further, further then any Khmer place you come upon. Locally grown produce and some not so local but courtesy of Vietnam, seafood off the boat the same day, pigs on the hook like wise, combined with age old traditional recipe’s  and a real life Cambodian cook - hey presto.

Our kitchen will struggle at times to keep up with demand, blame the management if it makes you feel better but please not the staff. If you look into our kitchen the answer to this may or may not be obvious to the uninitiated .But most domestic kitchens in the west would be far better equipped to handle 20 tourists on a tight time schedule. For now “it’s just the way it is!!”

Do not despair entirely - I forgot to mention we do fantastic Pizza, the full Monty and more at your table in 20 minutes. Functions, party’s, takeaways can be catered for.

Don’t put off until tomorrow the good meal you can have today!
